I am not sure what you are doing but unless it is something really bad you are taking a much bigger risk with the bank account than you are to just do it in your own name. The federal government does not play when it comes to this due to anti terror laws. If you are just doing something a little shady then the feds are not going to mess with you but when you get into fake bank accounts they will charge you and the feds do not offer plea deals. If you get charged you go to prison.
