Looking for Android App Developer - Database work on existing applicatoin

Hey guys,

We need a seasoned Java Programmer for an android application that is already completely built.

We are having database issues.

We need to Streamline/Maximize some calls/queries to database. They are taking up to 20 seconds to get back to the application as well as a minor fix to the android version of the application.

The application blows up on larger phablet when a user tries to view the large version of a smaller gallery photo.
