Looking for an SEO consultation

Hi,

I run a website that took me and some engineers about a year to build out. We offer almost as much functionality as some multi-million dollar businesses in our industry, and we also have an iOS app. I want to talk to somebody who is an expert w/ white hat SEO, have them evaluate my website, and give me feedback. There are a few ideas I have, but I want to talk to somebody who knows what they're doing.

Note: if your methods include spamming websites with shitty links, please don't post. I really just want to talk to somebody who can communicate well and knows what works in 2017.

BTW, depending on the way you present yourself, I may be interested in services. I do have a fairly large budget.
