Looking for an Outreach marketer for ORM services, pay per conversion

I with my friend in who now lives in Vietnam with his (HOT!) Asian gf run an ORM service with some of our proprietary methods to purge bad reviews for MSMEs almost anywhere on the internet. The packages are priced accordingly and we aren't offering $2 google reviews. We have burnt a bit of money already on hiring those fancy MBA Marketing douches who have no idea of sales in the real world.
