Looking for a talented web programmer to bring my site design to life. It's not incredibly complex, but certainly not simple. It incorporates user, and post databases and a voting system similar to Reddit's by which posts climb to more prominence if "up-voted". Looking for someone with a lot of experience.

Had some trouble with odesk freelancers who weren't capable of making this happen. Very confident there are some talented programmers out there who can help me with this.

I have a family member at Berkeley in computer science (it's one of the best computer science school in the world). He is taking the semester off working on a startup website but he could do this for you. The issue is you seem a bit new, would you pay upfront?
