Looking for an expert

I have a domain that is 100% idle and has nothing on it (skoty.org) and I was wanting to team up with someone who can monetize the site to make us both money. I will host the site on my server and you let me know what to set up on the server to give you the control you need. Any reasonable ideas and offers will be reviewed. The split of the profits can be discussed to come to a reasonable share.

I can offer up original articles as I free up my spare time to write on subjects you and I agree to. Please note I do not want to move into the Adult world for this project and I would like to stay as legit as possible.
