Looking for an Expert Joomla Developer / QA

I am looking for someone to test a website thoroughly (2.5.9 Joomla version) for exploits and vulnerabilities. I know tons of public exploits are published on the web however I need someone to actually test the site, be able to explain how each vulnerability works, what it might cause and how to fix them all as well. There is a good budget available for the right person to do this.

In addition, I'd be glad to negotiate an ongoing monitoring service for a monthly fee.
