currently paying around 40 eu/lead which is insane trying to reduce it to 6-7 eu and trying to get 30 to 50 leads/day

6-7 Euro per quality lead on Facebook is not possible, you'll only get bogus leads in this budget. For example we spent $1000 to get few leads under crack fix for homes, a quality lead as an average were $52 per lead and all other mass leads were bogus and those people who submitted information were for fun. So, in your niche it's quite impossible to get leads for 6-7 Euro per quality lead on Facebook.
