Looking for an experienced Wordpress programmer to do a 15 min job

I need a strong programmer that knows PHP/js and is experienced with Wordpress. I have source code in PHP/java and I need it to be switched into a functioning Wordpress plugin that I can use on my website. This shouldn't take more than 15-30 min for someone that knows what they're doing.
