Looking for an experienced web programmer's analysis

Hey, i have a web application project that i want to get off the ground, i have everything written out in detail however since i am not a developer i'm just having trouble figuring out exactly what kind of technologies would be the best to implement for this project.


Like i said, i have a fully detailed spec sheet that i wrote out, so if a veteran programmer can look over it and give me an analysis of what kind of professional i should hire to get the best chance of success, then i'd gladly throw a few bucks your way for your consultation...

Would you mind sharing the details specification document so that i can have a look and then only will be in postion to to let you know what best technologies can fit in. i might take 30 min max to suggest on something which will be like detailed proposal ..
