Looking for an experienced web designer

For a Java based travel website I am currently looking for an experienced web designer with the following skills:

- html
- handcoding css
- good knowledge of JavaScript and possible Ajax and Jquery
- Photoshop skills
- good English communication skills, needs to be available on Skype regularly

For this project we will negociate a once off fee but if you do a great job I will hire you for many more projects
