Looking for an experienced developer!

Im looking to create an affiliate program. I need a freelancer that has done tracking scripts that can record hits, and calculate CTR. Also want to be able to record where the hit came from as in what country via the ip address record. Please pm me if you think you have the skills for this project. Also please no newbies.
