Looking for an email solution

Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section, I've never looked into email tools and I thought I'd get some suggestions from the black hat section.

I'm looking to basically stuff an email ballot box. I need a tool to create a lot of email addresses, then email one particular email address from each one with three lines. Does anyone know of any tool I could use to do this?

u can use interspire email marketer but its a costly one
but that apart it can only send emials not do wht u requested
for somthing like ur demand u will need a privatly coded software
i can help u geting one cheap license to interspire but again its not compltly upto ur demand
