Looking for an Email Scraper/Sender

I have a need for an email marketing pro. I'm looking for someone who can scrape and send emails on my behalf to affiliates and webmasters in my niche. Basically I have a bunch of Clickbank products where I am the vendor and I sell them mostly through affiliates. I need some type of email scraper/sender that would allow me to search for websites based on keywords (competitors product names, search terms, etc) and then scrape the email addresses and send them an email asking them if they'd like to promote my product. I don't think this is illegal and I'm not looking to send thousands of emails a day. Basically just looking for a steady consistent way to reach out to affiliates/websites in my niches and automate it. I will provide the keywords, email addresses, and the email templates. Looking for someone who has the software and hardware to do this. Willing to negotiate on payment.

I know a company that handle this, I sent it to you va email. But instead of bot's they have vas to haneit. so you have a good sucess rate.
