Looking for an email scraper £££s

Like the title says im after someone to do some email scraping for me.
Now they HAVE to be business, that the company use for e.g. sales@test or info@ etc, Or can be hotmail/yahoo as long as its the email for the company or the rep for that company.

I need the list broken into categories for example car parts, car tyres, car cd players etc.
Because it can be any business i need 100,000 an month (work will be on going). or even better millions or as many as you can send a month.
In a nut shell it would be like scraping alibaba.com and giving me the email lists in categories.
I will also need the list cleaning for spam traps and bounce backs.

I can Pay via Paypal or any other means you wish. And like i said the work is on going.

I don't have a scraper but I have a DB of like 80% of US businesses w/ address, email, phone number, type (sic code) etc etc

Would also like to add that Business email lists would be of interest to me as well.
Can be worldwide so from any country as long as they are business emails.

Will pay good for the right info.
