I'm looking for an ebay sellers account that has a paypal attached to it. I really don't care much about the limit the account has to be atleast 30 days old with browsing history

I am also looking for an ebay account with attached paypal account.
Couple of month ago someone made both for me, but it did not work.
Got an mc999 on the first item listed and they wanted me to call for id reasons. I wasn't able to do so because they wanted a copy of an id for sure which of course I did not have.
Want to start over again now
