Looking for an ebay account canadian only

Hi guys
i am looking for a canadian ebay account, i have been suspended obviously and would like an ebay account with at least 15 feedback so i can start selling, i need a clean canadian seller account with 15 feedback at least, and probably few advices on how to avoid being suspended due to previous suspension, i read alot of threads and each one of them is just confusing me more and more, are there any website that is actually good? help me out here guys i am really confused, again
