Looking for an App(IOS/DROID) developer

Hey everyone,
I have an idea for an app (targeted for Canadians only but might later be used in the States as well). The app shouldn't take more than 2 days to make (for a decent developer), maybe 3 days tops to make it bug-free. I believe this app can EASILY get xx,xxx downloads and reach xxx,xxx downloads. I am a computing science major but have no experience in developing apps for phones/tablets. Let me know if you are or know anyone who might want to join a joint venture with me on this idea. It's got huge potential.
