looking for an animator!

Hello everyone! I will try to be specific as possible but I am looking for an animator for a limit budget and here is what I am trying to do.
I either want 3D or 2D like Nintendo. This gig will be reoccurring monthly. I am making a 20 minute you tube cartoon based around whacky world of professional wrestling. Their would be 15-20 characters which will loosely look like real life people. Once they are made once they can be used for all the episodes though!
My budget is not the greatest, please though if you think you can help in anyway let me know! Thank you!!
