Looking for an advanced tool for automated newsletters

One of our client in casino niche wants to start email marketing campaign(sending newsletters).
The client business is based on reviews of Casino games and Online Casinos.
What I am looking for is the right email marketing tool for this task. It is not something Mailchimp like tools can do.

Our plan:
When someone subscribes to the newsletter on a website there should be 3 required preferences they have to choose:
1. Country -> 170 countries +-
2.Type of newsletter(4 types)(He can choose more options)
E.g.
* New Casinos
* New Games
* Education Articles
...
3.Frequency -> 3 times(once a week, once a month...)

Content of emails would be automatically pulled out of our system or website and then embedded to the email template. Every country has different games, casinos...

Requirements for the tool:
- programmable templates(variables from json file)
- email scheduling options
- they must allow gambling niche
- preferable way: our system send subscriber preferences to a tool and it will be input to the template. No need to do segments. Transactional emails do similar stuff, but there isn`t an option to schedule email.

I would be very grateful if anyone recommends me some tool or service which can help us.
