Depends on the traffic source and quality of their bots, really.
You'll get accounts banned most of the time. It's farming.
But as far as affiliate network, yes, most of them will accept those conversions. I've used clickdealer and adcombo last 5 years and had no issues with such traffic (crypto offers, FTD)

for that man, you want to have a "safe site" or whitehat site and use a spoof script so when cloaked traffic comes in, the traffic looks like it comes from the safe/whitehat site.
So, to networks you can show them your whitehat site and tell them traffic comes form there. If they ask where traffic comes to your site, you tell them you use paid ads
