Hello I have no experience on affiliate
I have a big list of emails but not neceressaly opt-in specially from europe ( 20 millions )
So how i can work that , where can i find offers and avoid problems ( spam policy . lists are not optin ... ) , and witch are the best offers
Im assuring a good deverabilty with my own servers so getting the inbox its not a problem for me
the problem is the offers

The size of your list is good; however, how was the list created? What are the people on the list interested in? You can have a great offer, but if it is sent to the wrong people, it won't matter.

Is the list randomly scraped? If so just send 5-10 small batches promoting different verticals and see which one is performing best
