Looking for affiliate marketing automation/content creation

Hi guys, I'm looking for some sort of service/agency that can help me with content creation for my affiliate marketing campaigns. I know exactly what I want for each campaign but I'm having a hard time finding qualified people with experience to turn my visions into reality. So, this service would need to have great copywriters, web devs (to make funnels) and graphic designers/video editors that are already trained with the affiliate marketing eye. If they have people that can launch/monitor ads, better.
