Looking for affiliate manager tool?

I have lots of sites with affiliate banners on them
and its all getting to much to handle. Could someone
please tell me if there is a tool that can tell me every
time someone clicks on my banners so i can tell if they
are all working from one control panel. Domainmanager.com
works great for domains showing the traffic on each domain
is there a tool that can show banner clicks for affiliate banners?
Please help.
