I do PPC as a hobby for free.. primarily for real estate agents..but have done other types of accounts.. have lots of experience and especially love setting it up and teach you how to run it.. only using me as you need me after the first 90 days... I have tons of references you can contact to convince yourself that the FREE part is on the level... as we know anyone claiming to do anything for free is suspect.
None of this running your adwords in secret.. you have full access so when you move on you still have the account..
I don't do the set it and forget it stuff.. I live and breathe it... always experimenting to keep the quality score hot and cost per click down...
