Firstly you are an idiot
Secondly your question can be answered very easy.An adwords campaign is counted as very good when it gets arround 4% clicks.
Now i'm going to tell you a secret which you are not allowed to share with anyone.The secret is being on natural rank #1 gets you arround 30-70% of clicks.
Does it make a diffrence?

I'm no expert on this but surely google is advanced enough to notice and flag this activity. you'll be banned very quickly as Google didn't become the biggest without seeing all this kind of fraud before. google has bot detection. You are going to pay a freelancer to make you a bot ( Someone who you don't know ) and trust them to do it without detection.
Op you have just paid someone to ban your account.
