Looking for Adware partner.

Ive been in the PPl business for over 5 years now, felt the ups and downs from either monetisation or traffic wise. Im running with a very solid network for over 2 years now and I'm happy with them (i know all the networks inside out and what goes on in the background) , however now i feel its time to move on. The main revenue or profits as always, are being generated in the backend, over a longer period of time. Im looking for an experienced programmer who would be able to build a system,which would generate pop-up ads to each users computer after installation. i would be able to promote to individual users myself and grow the business.
