Looking for advice or service provider

Hi All,

I am looking to promote a title that I have on Audible. My idea is to pay per trial or credit download so some kind of cpa offer. I know there are various cpa websites or even micro task websites where I could pay $1 per signup just thought id ask here first and see whats recomended or if anyone else has tried something similar?
