I’m trying to promote YouTube comments in Korea and push them into the top positions through comment likes.
My plan is to use Korean mobile IPs and AdsPower, with a separate profile assigned to each account.

What I’m wondering is whether it’s okay to start using the accounts right away, or whether they need more preparation first.
Also, if the accounts are originally foreign accounts, would going through a warm-up or stabilization process make Google treat them more like Korean accounts?

When I look at Korean YouTube long-form videos and Shorts, I often see accounts that were created less than a day ago posting comments, and then those comments receive more than 50 likes within five minutes and quickly stay near the top.
So I’ve been seriously thinking about how these accounts are prepared and what kind of ranking logic is being used to achieve that kind of exposure.

If anyone has real experience with this and is willing to share advice, I’d really appreciate the help.

YouTube comment ranking is mostly driven by engagement signals (likes, replies, early interaction speed) and account trust level.

New accounts can sometimes perform well, but consistent results usually come from stable, aged profiles with natural activity history. IP location alone doesn’t fully “convert” an account into a local one—platform behavior history matters more.
