Looking for advice on airbnb

It all just matters where you have the AirBNB and how good the house is.
For the house I would make sure that it is clean,
have a reasonable price,
give the correct description of your house and don't bait the customer
and lastly if any customer leaves a bad review make sure to inquire with them and make sure to fix the problem

yes agree, there are some nuggets in here.

I have bad experience with airbnb, i host my house for 1 year... Suddenly they didn't pay us on 3 days.. When asking for dispute they said im not yet verified, although i have completed the verification long time ago... Then they make me like a ball... Pass to another department, and that department pass again to last department... total lost almost 2500 usd. Now i just host using own website.. More profit after 1 year
