snagit and camtasia is best for video related

Okay first i'd like you forget what you've just read, except for half of what Allavsoft said.

Your video editing buddy would be "After effects" and if you think its hard then .. "Adobe Premiere"
This is only if you want it to be professional also if you still need help tell me, if its easy i can make it for free, if its troublesome i might charge you if you are willing to pay, if you are willing to learn just give me full details i will direct you to the right tutorial, also if i forget to reply here you can simply PM me. I'm a motion graphics designer since 2010 hit me if you need anything.
Cheers!

as mentioned above, camtasia is a very great tool for editing. Learn from YouTube the basics and start from there. good luck mate!

Filmora is one of the best tool for removing watermark on any video. The only thing you have to do is, understand the process and work according to it.

Hello there, You can use Filmora tool to remove the watermarks by cropping the video or replacing the logo with yours.

Premiere Pro - add your video, drag the video onto the timeline and zoom in. You have your watermarked removed. Also as a bonus tip, if I may, could install Adobe Media Encoder, it will encode your video nicely - the speeds of which it finished the encoding process depends on your PC / laptop specs / power.

Good luck!

Adobe Premier is the number one video editor ever. if you need more special effects you have to use Adobe after effects.
