Hey there,

I'm currently on the hunt for fresh ideas for my AI blog and could use some guidance.

At the moment, I'm delving into Mediavine's seller Json, trying to spot some easy-win sites from which I could glean their niche and method.

However, I've stumbled upon a few sites with incredibly low numbers on SEMrush (I'm omega poor and can't afford to ahrefs). We're talking zero data in SEMrush and Similarweb.

So, I'm curious, does Mediavine require sites in their network to have 50k sessions per month?

Have I stumbled upon a site that's worth my time to emulate, or do all sites in the Mediavine network meet the 50k per month requirement?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Mediavine requires sites to get 50k sessions, but once you're in its hard to get kicked out unless you start asking questions or making a fuss.

So if you had 50k sessions for 1 year every month (as an example), you would get in. If this traffic dropped to 20k, you would still be in since they don't really kick people out.

Also worth noting is that a lot of these white hat informational sites got hit by the google update recently, which is probably why you're seeing such bad traffic stats.

Again, another point worth noting, is that your stats are likely wrong as mediavine only look at GA, not any of those tools. Sites could get 10k google search traffic and 50k google discover traffic taking them well over the threshold but keeping them outside of your radar.

Thank you for the information. Guess even there is no history in SEMrush, means I can still try to build a website like that.
