Looking for advertising accounts for cloaking

Hi,

For the past 6 months or so I've been trying hard to get into google, bing and FB cloaking.
I've got all the pieces together, but basically the only thing holding me back from venturing forward is that I live in a country where
financial services are highly regulated. I just can't walk into a bank and ask for 50 fresh new CCs.

Any ideas how I should try and tackle this? If you would like to help, but don't want to post your sources on a public forum, we can take this into private.

If you are able to provide advertising accounts we can also talk about JV opportunities.

Tell me one country where you can walk in and get 50 CC's?

You should be able to contact someone to open a business account in the US, some banks you can get tons of debit cards based on different employee's names. Some banks don't really care if the person actually exists, some do.

So your best bet on a long term basis is JV'ing with someone from that country to provide you that, while you pay/add money to the bank account yourself using whatever methods possible. Not the easiest to do at the beginning, but if you're in a high risk country it's really helpful as you keep making money and accounts keep getting banned.
 
It's possible in US and Western Europe, you can get lots of CCs if you've established business.
It's lot more easier in US than in EU.

Yes, just get LLC and bank account in US. Then ask them for employee debit cards.
You can ask for 100-200 cards easily.

Go slow and then ramp-up the volume.
 
Amex USA. A biz account will allow you to get as many as you need.
