looking for adsense safe traffic?

yesterday i got accepted in adsense.now my site is having adsense ads but not enough traffic.
I need some one to drive traffic through my site in any way.You can also drive traffic from facebook pages.
I will pay 5$ for 1000 visitors.if you drive 10k visitors then i will pay 50$ simple.
you can also share the earnings with % basis.

It Seems to be too low cost...

bought traffic is not safe for adsense, but, i $5 for 1k thats low, specially if you USA traffic
