Looking for Adcentre Alternative (Conversions rate has gone down!)

Hey guys, I've been using adcentre for years now made huge cash but for past 3 weeks the conversions has gone drastically. The links are not working and taking people to some random click bait articles instead of their own landing pages.

So thought to create a thread and ask you guys what alternative affiliate you guys would suggest?

Edit: Need a movie or tv show affiliate only.
