Looking for access to active accounts (for keyword planner)

Does anyone run adwords accounts, and would be willing to take me on as a partner?

I require access to adwords accounts with monthly spend to access the keyword planner only, and am happy to contribute to the cost of running these. My scraper is proxy friendly, and has enough human emulation to prevent bannings.

Alternatively, we can set up new accounts together, and you can use the spend on ads.
