looking for a YouTube producer.

quick introduction:
my name is karen im from nyc 23 yr old have been doing videos for the last 2 years for fiverr making money from it.

subject:
I am looking for someone who wants to make money of youtube partner program by creating a YT channel like one of those top 10 channels..

I will be the host of the channel and i will make the video itself but the producer will have to manage the channel and create video ideas research Keywords that would rank and find interesting subjects.

If you can make scripts for the videos thats great but if you cant i can do that too..

if you know video editing and can make my raw videos much more attractive thats a huge plus..

generally looking for a person who has great ideas for a channel but cant make videos on his own and doesnt want to hire anyone else to do the videos for him.
basically ill be the actress and you will be the behind the scenes guy.

im thinking we can divide earnings 50/50 and enjoy good profit..

I have a great amount of experience with after effects, like 5-6 years worth. I don't know if that's what you're looking for though.

thats awesome and it would be good for the videos itself but i also need someone who can research video topics ideas and keywords so there would be something to make a video about " top 10 scariest places on earth" you know stuff like that that will get viral

I have something that *might* interest you, I'm building a website around a niche, and I plan on having around 300-1000 evergreen articles on it. Right now I force my brother to film videos, and we do short 30s videos for each post. Ideally the videos would earn something off youtube search, but also off plays on my website, and the videos should really be like 1-2min long.

I already have articles written, it would basically be regurgitating what is written.

i am the actress that would be in all the videos.. voice over or video pretty much making all the content

But it has about 2.5 million views on it from SEO alone. and i dont do too much of that..
