hmm when u got lots of subscribers like 1k+ then they will invite you to be a Youtube Partner ( u can also apply) = Means they will put Ads on your videos, In return you will get revenues from those ads.. but they have to review all of your videos first.

i dunno lol.. correct me if I'm wrong..
