Looking For A Wordpress Plugin - Similar to a viral script

A friend asked me if there was a system in place for Wordpress that will turn the site into a sort of viral script where each person who registers gets a unique link and can pass that off to others. That's all the details I have at the moment. I don't have time to test any out right now so if you know of any or have used any I would like to take a look.
