Briefly:
We need a Panel for reseller to topup balance ( They´ll pay via Crypto (LTC))
As we have multiple PayPal Resellers the Woocommece Store should pick a PayPal Mail from a random reseller where the funds are sent to. And substract the value -X% from the resellers balance.
