There is an adult blog that doesn't have that many visitors that runs on a VPS.
Due to recent server load issues, the site is suffering from slowness and errors.
Hosting support isn't helping me at all, so I'm looking for an expert to help me find the cause.

I can help you. First, If your VPS specs are very low, you should consider upgrading your RAM and CPU cores.
If you think your server specs are high enough for the traffic, you can contact me so I could investigate it.
