Looking for a wordpress expert to help me

I've completed an ecommerce website for a costumer ..
what I've already added to the website :
the full design and content
all products ( prices .. pictures etc ..)
He asked me for the following features:
1- two locations , each location will have it's own payment info
2- payment method accepted : only google payments and apple pay ( no credit card payments should be accepted )
3- delivery and pickup and curbside pickup feature

My budget is really low as I'll be in loss because of this project
