Looking for a Wordpress dev/ partner on a new website

I'm looking for a wordpress dev to partner up with for a new website I'm building at http://www.xchangelikes.com. It's a crowd powered like exchange site for every social media platform on the planet. Adsense is already on the site and more than likely be the sole revenue source unless I decide to add paid likes by the bundle as you can find all over the internet. Comment back if interested.
