Looking for a wordpress autopost plugin but strips the source.

I have tried a few RSS auto posters for wordpress, but they all seem to add the source to the post. I am trying to find a method of auto posting that that strips the source content, and also (i know unlikely) if there are images in the source post transfer them to my site.

Anyone got any ideas please? Even if it is just methods of auto posting onto a worpress site as I am relatively new to this side of things.

Does not know about auto image update.
