Looking for a Windows Key Supplier

I noticed that Windows keys are being sold on eBay for just 6 euros each. I'm curious if someone could share how this is done and where these keys are sourced from. Alternatively, if you know of a reliable supplier offering them at a low cost, I'd appreciate the recommendation.

Not sure, why do you need activation (as there are many activators available for many of the versions), but if you insist, with a little search you can find good keys (around $3-4) in middle eastern sites, and probably cheaper in east asian and south american countries.
