Looking for a wholesaler - Noopept

Looking for Noopept (N-phenylacetyl-L-prolylglycine ethyl ester)connections. It's a legal medication that some folks use for cognitive enhancement. I know a lot of Chines factories pump this out for less than a dollar per gram wholesale. Problem is I need a middle man for communication or if you think you can get your hands on some let me know.
