Looking for a website to be made

I need a website made for a new project I'm working on, there will be three pages and everything I want you to do is frontend related (html, css, js)

- I am NOT looking for wordpress websites, I need custom html/css/js that I can upload to my web server.
- You MUST send me your portfolio when contacting me or you'll be ignored.
- I am looking for something that looks appealing, if you don't have that much experience creating websites that look nice please do not contact me.
- I am looking to pay with a service like escrow.com so we both can be protected from scam.
- You must be Jr VIP or higher

If you've made any websites for services on BHW please show me those first when contacting me.
Budget is $1,500
