I want a host that can provide these kinds of services
No personal information leak - not even a court order. Doesnt care about what you host (porn,dmca,etc).Custom dedis to buy - going to need lots of space
Overall, I need a host that doesnt give a ___. Im not afraid of throwing big numbers

They will give your personal details and give the DMCA complaints if they get the court order

thanks Lucasbraydon for recommending me, well I need to mention one thing first,
yes we ignore DMCA but in some cases we have to follow the court orders. but we never give out the customers personal details.
but we do have some special locations where you can host anything and there is no court orders also. the location can be China or Iraq or Iran.

Note: host anything but we don't like to host scam, and teen porn even if the courts allows us !!!!!!
