Looked at the site and its fairly simple. You would require a dedicated server or VPS as a minimum though. Most hosting companies like Hostgator etc are quite weary of streaming sites... What budget are you looking at?

$100? Look man, if you haven't saved up a reasonable budget for a site, then you shouldn't be buying a site. That's just an insult to you and whoever designs the site for you at that cost.
