I will provide a Domain and the designer has to create a classified website with that , with the ideas as i say

I will give you double the money you cost, in two months time

Lol he has no money to put down. He wants you to design for free then 2 months later IF the website profits he'll cut you in, MAYBE.

well this is just a JV . If am buyin anything instantly i would buy at Buy or sell thread . Why am coming here is for a join venture . And u cant expect profit instantly as soon u join . So i told to wait for 2 months .

Actually it's more of the opposite. Such projects don't take off in two months after development is done, so OP either hasn't done the math, or his intentions aren't so transparent, so to speak.
